Book is already on Goodreads but not on giveaway

Hi, I scheduled a giveaway for Solitary and have been approved but one of my readers sent me a note saying that the cover doesn't show up though all the other information does. Can this be fixed? And more importantly, what did I do wrong when listing the title for a giveaway (so I don't repeat the mistake)?
