Edits made to header because it sounds like you expressly do not want certain subjects. (It's best to be very specific in your header rather than vague.)

I loved the Roman Mysteries series, although it's for kids/teenagers. It really brings Rome to life. The first one is The Thieves of Ostia.

And i was just looking for something NORMAL. Maybe a simple story about someone that lived in rome... just a story where i could learn more about the roman ancient life of the past, their habits, their lives etc.
It doesn't have o be 'exactly' in rome, it could be in any place, but the story has to be related to the romans and roman history and habits.
I am looking for fiction.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any Fiction Novel about Ancient Rome that you have liked that meets this parameters?
Thanks to anyone that can help
