Need help with taking a cover down asap

Hello all, I had to kill off my old pen name due to a pretty serious privacy breach. I have a book up now, the link is below, with the old pen name. i really need to have the cover taken off immediately, if at all possible. There is a review on the book now, so apparently I need a super librarian to help me handle this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
