Playing With Fire - calling all readers!

Hello everyone.

I know I’ve been MIA for a while. I have a very good excuse. I was working tirelessly to get book 2 in the Power of Four series finished. I am now happy to say, that I have completed the first draft. I will be sending it off to get edited in the next few weeks and hoping that all goes well, I should have it back first week of Feb 2015. That means Playing With Fire will be, hopefully, released sometime late February.

At this point, I would like to thank all you lovely people that read and reviewed, Run To Earth. Words cannot express my gratitude. You took a chance and picked up my book, got through all 455 pages and then took the time to review/message me about it. Thank you so much!

I know that sequels are a daunting thing, for the reader as well as the author. There are expectations, questions that need to be answered, fates of characters to be revealed. So that’s why I want to ask all of you – what are you most looking forward to in Playing With Fire?

Is it more of Aaron’s journey?
Is it about the war?
Is it more background to Hadrian the vamage?
Or is it more about Kyran?
Anything else?

I would love to hear your answers, to see what you all are looking forward to. It may very well be the answer most of you are wanting, I’ve not answered, in which case a major rewrite can take place ;)

Hi Megan!

Thank you so much for your comments. I'm happy to say book 2 deals with everything you've asked for :)

The very first chapter will reveal the aftermath of Run To Earth's climax (Ella) so you won't have long to wait.

You will also meet Hadrian, which I'm rather excited about!

You will learn more about the war and why the Elementals are so few in numbers.

And of course, Kyran. You will learn more about him too, his past as well as his place in the war.

I can't wait for you read it too!! :)

AHH! I am so happy for that you got the first draft of Playing with Fire out!! :) I have been waiting to find out what happens! Honestly, I think the thing I am most excited for is learning about Kyran's background/story. He really intrigues me....a lot :)

I also can't wait to find out why there are so few Elementals. One more thing that I really hope to see is Aaron and how he is improving on his powers as an Elemental.

February seems so far away but I shall just have to wait patiently for a little longer :p Hope life is treating you well and I simply can't wait!!!

Don't worry, you will see Aaron's growing powers as an Elemental in this book. Hopefully you'll enjoy what he can now do. ;)

I know, February does sound a long time away but it will fly by. You'll get to see the book cover in the next few weeks as well as sneak peaks and some quotes leading up to the release!
