It went back up to three but I've knocked it down to two again. Just started a big history book though which might take a while to finish.

I haven't been that impressed Desley to be honest. There were some good ideas in there but they seem to go down the proverbial in the execution.

Odd Thomas, Forever Odd and Odd Apocalypse. I did have Brother Odd but can't find it at the moment.

That's number 1, 2 and 5. Brother Odd is number 3, will keep looking!

Desley (Cat fosterer) (booktigger) | 12589 comments Hmm, just gone to check what I've read and apparently have read the first 7! Don't know how that happened!

OK not to worry!

Desley (Cat fosterer) (booktigger) | 12589 comments Thanks for the offer anyway

Desley (Cat fosterer) (booktigger) | 12589 comments Out of curiosity Pam, as you don't have challenges to hit like me, how do you pick what to read next? Might horrify you to know that I'm working on 2021 challenges for another group, got some of it set down already, but will wait till next month to transfer to here.

It's quite random. I have a lot of old books - fantasy/science fiction or horror mostly - that I am working my way through so those have priority but every so often I want a break to non fiction, mainly history, and might read a few of those, then back either to the old books or to one or two modern ones that I bought recently, just to avoid getting fed up.

I couldn't be organised enough to have multiple challenges and as for next year....! I am still behind on my 100 books challenge at the moment :-(
