Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a lovely holiday season. My name is Keely and I’ll be facilitating January’s book club discussion of Naturally Tan by Tan France, style icon and fashion expert of the hit Netflix series Queer Eye. His heartfelt, witty, and inspiring memoir shares his journey from growing up in a traditionally religious family in England to becoming the first openly gay South Asian man on television. Along the way, he offers readers some fashion dos and don’ts. :)

Finally got my copy of this book so I’m playing a bit of catch up here. I’ve heard of “Queer Eye” but I’ve never watched the show. I love memoirs though so I thought I’d give this one a chance. I’m loving it so far! It’s so interesting to hear his experiences. I’m listening to the audio book and I’m really enjoying hearing his story in his voice and accent as well.
