I’ve just joined this group as I want to read more in 2020, and this challenge is perfect since I love all things Ancient Rome. I’ll be reading I, Claudius by Robert Graves. 468 ages, not too rough.
Hola!I love Rome, Italy, and History, so I'm thrilled with this challege.
I think I'm going to read Los asesinos del emperador: El ascenso de Trajano, el primer emperador hispano de la historia by Santiago Posteguillo. It's a big fat book (1,170 pages) but it's been in my TBR for ages and fits a lot of conditions for the challenge besides, so nothing to be afraid of!

HiI’m brand new to the group and I have a novice question. Does the group but book ideas forth each month and the group votes on what to read OR is it simply a place where members say what book their reading that month and it’s a place for other members to get fresh ideas on what to read?
We do have books of the month that members nominate and then we vote on them. For the challenges, we choose our own books.

Quick question, since I'm also just joining this challenge for the first time -- can we read multiple books per month? Or can you only pick one for scoring? Not sure, but I believe as many as you can in single month. I have acquired two from this period, but I have started on middle of the Januar, so it is race against the time. Too bad JAN doesn‚t have 33 or more days, or like during Republic, the calendar not acurate.
Happy readings
Jovan, we use one book for scoring, but you can read more than one. The highest score is the one that counts.
