I'd like to read both Circe and Dark Matter.

Great! It's a long book, so maybe we should stretch it to two months and read through July and August? I will have to push myself to finish if we're going with one month..

Yeah no problem!

I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS A BOOK! I can read it later this year, but I do hope you get a Buddy for July.

Thank you! Hope you enjoy it! I'm very excited about reading this one. I've wanted to for quite a long time, but for some reason never got around to it.

Irma, all your suggested reads are currently still under "Suggested" for July.
Also under "Suggested" for July: The Accidental Further Adventures of the Hundred Year Old Man and Not Without my Daughter.
Pillars of the Earth is confirmed for 2 months; July - August
Circe, Red, White & Royal Blue, and Dark Matter are all confirmed for July

I don't think I'll join for any (not really feeling the genres right now), but I did a double-take when I saw that Before We Were Yours takes place in Aiken, SC, as I have family there. :D

I would love to join the buddy reads for:
1. Dune by Frank Herbert
2. Pachinko by Min Jin Lee
3. Long Bright River by Liz Moore
4. The Hundred Year Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson

Welcome Grace!
I've added you to the buddy read for Dune in July
Pachinko and The Hundred Year Old Man are being read in June and have discussion threads in this folder: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group... You can jump in and discuss even if your name isn't listed as a participant!
Unfortunately, Long Bright River was suggested for June but no one confirmed it before the cutoff date of May 25th. If you'd like, you can suggest it for a different month.
Updated

I don’t know if I’m going about it the right way but would love to start it in July or August. Is anyone interested in joining me for this book?

If you want, we can do Long Bright River in July or August!

I’m really sorry for disappearing from the buddy reads over the past few weeks, but I had a difficult situation at home and didn’t manage to get much reading done. I’m asking the mods at this time to remove me from the buddy reads I’ve signed up for as I’m not really up to reading “on a schedule” right now. Once again I’m really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to participate again soon.

Ruthie, Once Grace confirms, we'll put down the book in the spreadsheet.
Eirelyn, Library of Souls confirmed for July. I'll join too (you're already aware of that).

Skumaskot, I'm sorry for what you're going through. Hope you come out of it sooner and stronger. Also, thanks for letting us know that you're pulling out of the Buddy Read threads so that we can take the necessary action. Take care!

Since Skumaskot has pulled out of Buddy Reads temporarily, below listed Buddy Reads are no longer confirmed and are awaiting another reader:
1. The Subtle Knife with Michele in July;
2. The Irresistible Blueberry Bakeshop & Cafe with Lynn in August.
June threads will remain as is.
Updated through here.
