ABANDONED. Ladybug Main Character, Stuffed Animals At Summer Camp

I read this ad a kid in the early 2000s. It was a picture book, which might have been based on a TV show. The main character was a lady bug (the characters were all stuffed animals) who went to a summer camp and struggled to fit in. I remember there was an ugly bulldog who everyone was afraid of, and then at night he told ghost stories at the campfire and did a trick in which he pulled the strings of his sweatshirt until his face was hidden, and then the other animal campers liked him.
