Rad American Women A-Z: Rebels, Trailblazers, and Visionaries who Shaped Our History . . . and Our Future! by Kate Schatz
This is a history book, and I believe it includes lesbian and bi as well as trans women.

We Are All Made of Molecules by Susin Nielsen
Families, Families, Families! by Suzanne Lang
The first one is a middle grade novel where the MC has a gay dad. And the second one is a picture book that includes same-sex parents.

Sam's Book of Secrets by Susie Day
Spotlight on Sunny by Keris Stainton
The first book has MCs with two lesbian moms, and the second book should have at least one lesbian supporting character.

Stella Brings the Family by Miriam B. Schiffer
It's about a little girl with two dads. I'm excited for this one. It looks super adorable!

George by Alex Gino
This one has a transgender MC. There's always been a lack of trans visibility in middle grade, but it seems to be taking off. Last year we had Gracefully Grayson, and then next year there's Up a Tree Without a Paddle, all with MTF child characters.

I also got to read fully another 2015 release, Michael Hall's Red: A Crayon's Story , which was excellent. The crayon's color -- outwardly perceived versus inwardly understood -- serves as a metaphor for transgender children.

Families by Shelley Rotner
The Friendship Riddle by Megan Frazer Blakemore
The first one is a picture book including two-mom and two-dad families. And the second one is a middle grade novel with an MC who has two moms. Her best friend in the story has two dads, so bonus points for extra diversity!

Its a children's picture book about same gender marriage equality suitable for ages 3-6 years old.
SYNOPSIS:
Papa’s sister is getting married today! Daddy and I get ready, a flower girl I am. We witness in delight and giggle with glee but deep down in our hearts, we’re sad you see? When will my fathers be able to wed? I can only hope for change, in the future ahead.
Thank you!

In addition, the classic Heather Has Two Mommies is getting an update next year, with brand-new illustrations.
Have to say I'm not really a huge fan. Heather's family is looking decidedly less queer in this new version!
If anyone hears of more books, please post about them here. I'd like to get a comprehensive list going.
