I am looking for a book (possibly the first in a series, but I am not 100% sure) where a woman who is pregnant hides her pregnancy so she can give the baby to the baby's father's family and the family fake the wife being pregnant. The woman gives birth to two children the first she gives to the family, the second she secretly keeps for herself. Later on the children start dating until they find out they are related. I believe the mother was poor and the father of the baby was rich. I also believe there is a mystery about one of the families.

I know I read this book around 2010, but have no idea when the actual book came out.
