Need beta readers for the first 70,000 words of my novel

I'm looking for someone who could read the first 70,000 words of my YA fantasy novel (the genre might change because some have told me there are things too dark and gruesome in my novel for that genre)

I need detailed feedback on the first chapters, a chapter by chapter analysis on world building, pacing and character development, that sort of thing.

I'm flexible on turnaround times but I prefer it to be less than three weeks. Since I've dealt with paid readers before, I'm willing to pay half when I send the manuscript and the other half when the feedback is delivered.
