Ugh Goodreads isn't letting me see the second page when I try to add book covers. So frustrating

Aly, I haven't read shit in forever, Lmao."
Oh no!! I'm sorry, that's the worst 🤧

I know. And I'm at work. Which sucks. I'm debating telling them I want to go home though. My head feels like it's going to explode.
Just bought my copy of Crescent City through SJMs website for the virtual signing! I'm so excited! :D

You should go home! It's Friday, you can relax.
Ooh I want to get a copy too. I'll look at her website

SO AMAZING! $33 for the book including shipping. Which I'm totally okay with.
I ordered a signed copy for myself from B&N before I heard about her virtual signing. So Alaina gets my signed copy from B&N. Lol.
How do we (can we?) count audible original books that don't have any recorded page numbers? Do these books still count?
I'll have read less then expected this month because Children of Blood and Bone almost successfully put me in a reading slump. I think I just DNFed it right on time :')I'll be finishing Red Rising BOTM still though and I'm going to attempt -crossing fingers- also reading(and finishing) the BOTM standalone Daisy jones & the six
I'm doing well! Listening to a couple short audios today and I think I'll get a lot read this weekend :)
How are you?
How are you?
I'm good too! But reading is not going so great. Well, that's not really the case either. Because I read #Player just fine. But SJM's new novel House of Earth and Blood. MY GOSH! I just cannot get into it. I've had it since Tuesday and only read 40 pages. AND! The first day I had it I read 19 pages and there was such an information overload that my brain hurt so I took an hour nap. Lmao.
JUST WANTED TO LET THE TEAM KNOW THAT MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MOVED UNDER THE SPOILER TAG ON THE REVIEW THREAD DUE TO INACTIVITY. THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRIZE UNLESS THEY START PARTICIPATING AGAIN

I've been hearing that from a lot of people which is so disappointing!

lol, we all do.
lol, we all do.
I’m here I just somehow thought this was a monthly challenge so haven’t posted any of mine since January ended. Struggle bus right here lol 🚌 The good news is I can jump up our points because almost literally ALL I read in February were giant Cassandra Clare books in a shadow world BR in preparations to meet her yesterday(which was amazing btw).
I’ll get posting them now :-)

But I’ve heard it too from many. That would be so devastating as we all love SJM!

However, I'm trying to read this physical and I haven't read a physical book in probably a year and a half. That might be part of my issue.
Aly wrote: "Oh man, I haven't read a physical for so long that I don't know if I can anymore lol" this really made me laugh. I still read some physical but not often. I feel sort of the same way.
Haha it's been probably 6 months at least. I get ARCs as ebooks and with Kindle Unlimited and Audible Escape, it's all digital.
Aly wrote: "Haha it's been probably 6 months at least. I get ARCs as ebooks and with Kindle Unlimited and Audible Escape, it's all digital." Yeah I like it cause i can do crafting while I read.
The last time I read a physical was when I read KOA at it's release. So A year and a half I believe.I think I'm going to have to try Crescent City in an eBook or audio.
I'm the total opposite! I pretty much only read physical books, but I've started reading more e-books that are ARCs
LOL same for me, I can’t imagine not reading physical, I just enjoy the experience and turning pages. But I am much slower that way. I’m pretty equal on audio and physical but I did get a kindle for my birthday in December last year so I’ve started adding in ebooks and I like it for on the go. I normally get the ebook from the library for books I own and then use both at the same time. I take my kindle with me most places now and read the physical when I’m at home. I have come to love audio for while I’m cleaning, getting ready for work, driving, etc.
Yeah audios are good when you're doing other things. I can listen while at work so most of my books are audios
That’s what I miss about when I worked at a desk I listened to audio while I worked all the time it was awesome. Now I’m working on my feet all day having to listen to a radio for calls for me at any time during the day and I get to distracted if I have my books on :/
Keri, girl! I just use the Kindle app on my phone. I don't have money to buy an actual Kindle. Lol. It's free! And you don't have to carry around a second device. It's amazeballs. Haha.
Guys, my school just got cancelled for the next month due to COVID-19. Everything is so crazy! I really hope no one gets sick. The upside is, I guess I'll have a lot more reading time for the next few weeks.

Yeah, but we have never done it before. I have a lot of questions and when you take classes online the teachers don't answer as quickly. But, I'm adjusting. Now, I get to go outside whenever I want!
We just had a decent sized earthquake and people are freaking out. It's like the end of times here lol
YeahI was listening to the radio and the people were talking about if someone just came out of a 6-12 month coma and this is what they wake up too. It's just like, "Great, you're awake. So, we have some catching up to do. Here is everything you missed." And I was dying. I would feel so bad for that person.

Me too! But the whole reason I've been there is because that general manager has taken a leave of absence. And she came back yesterday. But then called off AGAIN today. So who knows wtf is going on. -.-
