Please interpret "make" as broadly as you want! My mind immediately went to crafts, but it could be video games, art, books, whatever. I had a lot of fun with Crocheting Adventures with Hyperbolic Planes when I started crocheting, and Making Mathematics with Needlework: Ten Papers and Ten Projects is another fun one. I've been meaning to try my hand at bead crocheting using Crafting Conundrums: Puzzles and Patterns for the Bead Crochet Artist and origami using Y Origami?: Explorations in Folding.

Gibber Random | 1 comments I'd recommend this one. Haven't yet read it, but it's probably what I'll be going for!

Colin | 30 comments I stumbled on this: Ratio: The Simple Codes Behind the Craft of Everyday Cooking and I reckon it fits nicely in this category. It’s not going to teach me any new maths, but it should lead to a few nice meals!

I just saw from a tweet by Daina Taimina that her book with David Henderson, Experiencing Geometry, is available for free as a pdf from Project Euclid: https://projecteuclid.org/euclid.bia/...
There are instructions for making some models of hyperbolic space, so I think it counts for this prompt!
