new functionality - challenges for bookshelves

It would be useful to have an option to define a challenge for my specific shelf. It seems reasonably to have an overall counter, but the additional ones might help to keep an eye on it. I can imagine that in 2020 :
- I am going to read 12 books, but at least 3 from my A shelf, and 2 from my B shelf.

How I can make an request?
