Beyond Hercules

I first met Paul Bussard at a local writer's workshop and I was very honored to have been one of his early beta-readers while his Beyond Hercules manuscript was still in the "rough-draft" stage. I could see, even then, that Paul had a diamond in the rough in this one. I remember we had some lively and interesting discussions concerning some of the finer technical details and ways to clarify, and thereby avoid potential questions before they arose.

From the reviews I've read here, it appears that Paul has managed to polish this baby to a high shine. Paul Bussard is an excellent science fiction author, and in the time that I've known him, he's become an even better friend.
