SOLVED. Paranormal/supernatural reverse harem about a girl whose “mother” is extremely controlling and the male characters do secret missions for the government. [s]

Spoilers included! Within the last two years I read what I assume to be the first of a series about a paranormal/supernatural reverse harem. I do not believe they were shifters but I could be wrong. Not do I think they were vampires or witches. The female main character was a senior in high school (all girls private school I believe). Her “mother” is extremely controlling and is very concerned about her virginity. She had frequent pelvic exams to confirm. One day while getting a slushy at the convenience store, she prevents a robbery. She has some powers that helped her, I can’t remember if it’s speed or strength or what. But while she’s there she “feels” something different and thinks it’s some guy watching in the distance. When her mother goes out of town she goes to a friend’s party and feels it again. Three men come up to her at that party and try to convince her her mother is a bad guy and is going to hurt her. She doesn’t trust them and later calls the local college her mother was enrolling her in and finds out she’s not enrolled. I can’t remember how they get her away from her mother but I think they steal her from the bead store (she makes jewelry and her friend sells it online). They take her hours away. I think there are 4 men. I think one of them is a doctor but I know at least one is in school. All of them work on the down low for the government as repayment for rescuing them from a research facility. The female main character joins them and they plot the destruction of that same research facility. It turns out that the female’s mother worked there and was doing fertility experiments to breed more humans with extra powers. I recall it being set up to be a series but the second book hadn’t been written yet and I can’t find the name or author of this book. It is not Her Guardians.
