The Siren (thesirenwashere) Read this book last year or maybe two years ago, if my memory serves me correctly, the cover is blue/green? The female protagonist was eating ice cream in a parking lot, then the male protagonist who's fae and can turn into a hawk shows up, kneels on one knee and vowed to protect her or something. The female protagonist also has an aunt who is actually the queen of the faeries? But she's human and doesn't visit the female protagonist much. The female protagonist also doesn't live with her dad or doesn't have one. And I think crows are the "enemy" court that can shape shift into crows? I believe the female protagonist also has like 2 other friends that help her out, one with action figures and gives a sword he got from an action figure to a tiny fairy who's a knight. The aunt also has a son in the Faerie court who's the prince and was made to believe that his mother(aunt) hates him and left him by his father(the King). The male protagonist/knight guy who can shape shift into a hawk also carries a sword and this gets noted by a few mortals. Pretty sure the author is female. That's as much as I can remember right now.

Confirmed books that aren't what I'm looking for:
- The Iron King
- The Merciful Crow
- A Hawk in Silver
- Iron Fey Series
- Tithe
- Throne of Glass
- Lament: The Faerie Queen's Deception

Alexander Draganov (darthsparhawk) | 11 comments I have very hazy memories of it, but maybe this one?
Lament: The Faerie Queen's Deception

It doesn't sound like my favorite Fae story, but I may be wrong
The Iron King

Checked both, been suggested both of those books as well on r/whatsthatbook, sadly it's not either of them
