What series are you reading?
I just finished listening to Echoes of Scotland Street (book 5 On Dublin Street) by Samantha Young. I was so excited to get to Cole's book. We got to watch him grow up through the previous books and I fell in love with him. He did not disappoint. However, I could not connect with Shannon. She was nice enough, but she was such a martyr (in her own head). Her friends shared horrific experiences of their past and hers didn't quite reach their level. However, she was the one not moving forward, while the others had. And I honestly don't know what Cole saw in her besides her looks. I enjoyed the narrator, although her Italian accent was a cross between the Count from Sesame Street and a Russian accent. I am currently reading A Summer to Remember (book .6 (second prequel) Bedwyn Saga) by Mary Balogh and really enjoying it.

I'm so behind on Dublin Street. Every time I try to get back to it, something derails it. Definitely on my 2016 schedule.

I am officially caught up on Kate Burkholder series (Linda Castillo). Now hoping to finish Lucy Kendall series (Stacy Green).

I just finished book 4
.This one read different from the rest.. I still loved it, but it was pretty much a downer through the whole thing. It worked though, for the story. I'm next in line through the library for book 5 so I shouldn't have to wait long for Coles book Yeah!
I finished the novella Hear No Lies - I am glad that I read this after book 3 rather than as a prequel.I am now reading All Fall Down - the last book in the series.
I'm glad to see the excitement over Stacy Green's book. I've never read her, but a friend asked me to participate in a Book Release tour and I did. Now I can't wait to start. Looks fascinating.

Hi everyone! Long time no "see." I just finished One Good Dragon Deserves Another by Rachel Aaron and it was such fun. I listened to the audio, which I recommend if you're in the mood for a fun, high adventure UF with dragon shifters. :) Next up with be What Happens At Christmas by Jay Northcote, as soon as it shows up on my kindle tonight. :)
Jonetta wrote: "Good to see you here, Liz!"Thanks, Jonetta! I'm trying to get back into the social aspect of GR. :) Also I think a lot of you would really enjoy the Heartstrikers series. It's so much fun!

Good to "see" you on GR! I'm glad you've had some good reads. I'll have to look into the Heartstrikers series.
I finished Sworn to Silence (book 1 Kate Burkholder) by Linda Castillo and I loved it. Very graphic, but I enjoyed the case and the very flawed characters. I just to take a break from the gore and nastiness, and then I'm jumping into book 2. I also enjoyed the audiobook for the most part. Some of the male characters come across sounding a little like women, so that threw me off at first until I learned everyone's voices.I am now listening to Only Mine (book 4 Fools Gold) by Susan Mallery. It's been a couple of years since I read the book before, so hopefully I can get back into this series easily. I decided I need to catch up on my older series, the ones at the bottom of the pile.

If you're going to jump back into Fool's Gold, I'd be willing to catch up with you. I'm just on #2 though.

So have I. It's one I've enjoyed enough to continue but have always gotten sidetracked by other books.

I posted earlier that I am reading the first book in the Fairy Tale Match series
but I am also reading the first book
in the Splintered series
I finished a couple of books since my last message.
Falling for Her Enemy by Victoria James, Still Harbor #2, was a sweet and poignant story. Here's my review.
A Pirate for Christmas by Anna Campbell was, in a word, fabulous! Here's my review.
I'm now reading Rescuing the Bad Boy by Jessica Lemmon and the hero already has a big hole to dig out of. I put him in the anti-hottie harem while reading the prologue. This isn't going to be a fun ride.

Uh, oh. I hope there is a lot of groveling in this book (by him, of course).
This week I read
Someone to Believe In by Kathryn Shay. It's a well-written story about two people with very different point of views. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Today I finished
Killer Curves by Roxanne St. Claire. I couldn't put it down.My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I started Een prinses van Landover (A Princess of Landover) by Terry Brooks, the last book in the Magic Kingdom of Landover series.
I finished Stacy Green's Lucy Kendall series and am now listening to Diana Gabaldon's The Fiery Cross and reading the first book by Tess Diamond, Dangerous Games.
I just finished
In Big Trouble by Laura Lippman ✔Tess Monaghan by Laura Lippman
and started a buddy read of
which will complete theDarby McCormick by Chris Mooney
This is an excellent forensic mystery series. I think I have given all 5 books 4 or 5 stars.

Noticing a pattern here...are you binge reading this series?"
For now... LOL... My goal was to read 3 books from this series this month. And, hopefully 3 for next.
