I finished listening to Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay, a truly memorable story about an awful moment in French history that is rarely discussed. Here's my review.
I'm now listening to Indelible by Karin Slaughter, book #4 in the Grant County series. I think I'm ready to power through until the end:)

I finished Tangled Up In You (book 3 Writers Friends, book 2 Truly, Idaho) by Rachel Gibson and really liked it. There was just one aspect of the story that bothered me, that could have been delved into a bit more, but other than that I have no complaints. I wasn't super crazy about the narrator for this book (she was different than the narrator for the first 2, whom I loved), so I think I'll just read the last book in the series. Now I am listening to Vision in Silver (book 3 The Others) by Anne Bishop. I am also waiting for Huntley Fitzpatrick's latest release The Boy Most Likely To to pop up on my Kindle screen in a few hours. This is the second book in a series I cannot remember the name of currently.
I finished
Treble Maker by Annabeth Albert and it was a really fun read. I love books about music and musicians and this one had that and a reality show too, plus two really likeable MCs and secondary characters. I made the mistake of reading the excerpt from the next book which was great, but it won't be out until Feb. 2016! Wah!
I read the first book in Julie Ann Walker's Deep Six series,
."Retired" SEALs and a fiesty CIA agent, a mole or two, chemical weapons to be retrieved, and some innocent bystanders. What's not to like in this RS book???
I finished Friction by Sandra brown but I wasn't as impressed with this book as I have been with her past ones. review to come.
Finally back from my road trip and managed to get some reading in:)
I finished Hot Pursuit by Lynn Raye Harris, Hostile Operations Team #1. It was just okay and here's my review.
I also finished Exposing the Heiress by Jennifer Apodaca, Once a Marine #3, and loved it. Here's my review.
I'm now reading Three Fates by Nora Roberts.

Finished listening to Indelible by Karin Slaughter, Grant County #4, and thought it brilliant. Here's my review.
Jumping right into Grant County #5, Faithless. Different narrator for this one.

I just finished the first book in The Boys of Bishop Novels, by Molly O'Keefe:
. Since I had ordered a number of her books from the library, I'm now about to start the second book in the same series:
.
I'll be starting a new series soon thanks to a friend who owns them all: Psy-Changelings series by Nalini Singh. Has anyone else read this series? Thoughts....

It's a wonderful series. It took me about halfway through book #1 to wrap my head around the world building but once I did, I loved every minute.

I agree. Book #3 is the one that really got me hooked on the series.

Right now I'm reading
by Shannon Stacey. It's the last book in her Kowalski series. Loving it so far.

I'm reading the third book in Molly O'Keefe's Boys of Bishop series:
.So far I must say I liked the first book better than the second, and I'm not far enough into Shelby's story to know all the issues that will arise. Ty's backstory is not clear yet, but I'm going to log off and do some more reading soon!

Jonetta, I did like the third book [see comment above]. I'm wondering why this title was chosen (I think this is a rhetorical question), since the book was more about one father's struggle to get to know his son, a daughter trying to do right by her mother, and the community coming together with caring and concern for others.

I wasn't crazy about the second book either. But loved Between the Sheets. And I agree, the title was a strange choice, but I remember at one point having an "aha" moment about why it was chosen. But of course cannot remember why I decided that lol.
Monica, I just finished the book and cannot find the "aha" moment about sheets, unless it refers to sheets of paper :)

I suspect this was the publisher's decision.

Shelby was only willing to have a relationship "between the sheets" and Ty wanted more.

Just finished
. What a cute book! Just what I needed. This is my first day back to work after a 2-week vacation so I'll be just listening to audios. I need to look for a book as good as that one now. :)
I finished the Boys of Bishop series by Molly O'Keefe, with
.I didn't like this one as much as I wished I could have;for whatever reason, Ryan's situation reminded me of "Pretty Woman" in a weird sort of way, and I had trouble getting past Harrison as "Ken Doll."
I did want their story to work for me. I also did not see how he could have been a Bishop guy, as the others in the series were in some way. I also wanted to see more interaction among the previous characters for the end of a series -- this one left me hanging. Maybe it was a page limit, but I would gladly have sacrificed some of the political angst for Bishop.
Also, where did Wes go? Was he a hacker or for real?
I finished Three Fates by Nora Roberts and loved it!!! Where has this book been hiding? Here's my review.
I'm now reading Just A Taste by Shannyn Schroeder.

Sorry you didn't enjoy the series as much as I did. Molly's writing style just really appeals to me.

I'm reading the second book in a romance series, The Heirs' Club of Scoundrels, by Amelia Grey:
. I'm about halfway through and it's an OK read so far, just not knocking my socks off (yet?).
I finished listening to Faithless by Karin Slaughter, Grant County #5. I couldn't put it away and here's my review.
I'm now listening to the last book in the series, Beyond Reach.

I dnfed
(didn't care for any of the characters) and started
. I'm loving that book! The world building is very interesting and the romance is so sweet! There's nothing graphic and they haven't even kissed or anything but the whole thing is sooo romantic. Sigh...I already got the second book and I see myself starting it right away.
I just finished Brown-Eyed Girl. It was a sweet and fitting end to the series. It was not as long or involved as books 1 or 2 but very enjoyable.
I finished The Dragons of Dorcastle and it was SO FREAKING GOOD! I've just been sighing non stop since I finished it. I bought the next book already but I don't know if I should start it right away. I liked this book so much that I feel I should give it breathing room. :)
