Done, except for editor. I didn't add her because 'editors' don't get author credit on Goodreads unless they a) are responsible for compiling an anthology, which in this case was Yvonne Mason or b) it's an academic publication where the meaning of 'editor' is different and usually encompasses that of author. I didn't see Kelly J. Koch anywhere on the ToC, so I assumed she was a traditional 'editor' and thus ineligible for an author credit. Am I wrong?
