Could another librarian look at this one? When I click on this edition in edit it shows as a kindle with an ASIN. Jonas link I think is the publisher, but doesn't show the page number & appears to be a ebook.
Something seems to be wrong here. If it is a Kindle edition where is the ASIN? The site Jonas links almost seems like a a distributor of various electronic versions. I downloaded the PDF version and it shows the 556 pages. I downloaded the Kindle version and it acts more like a PDF loaded into Kindle and I saw no ASIN, just the ISBN.
There was a bug years ago where Kindle editions that already had an ASIN also got an isbn13. The isbn13 showed on the book page, but on the edit page, the ASIN showed. Currently there are still editions that are affected by this bug.The remedy for the editions that were affected by this bug, is to open the edit page, and click on save. That will remove the isbn13 and keep the ASIN.
Someone who is most likely not aware of this bug and how to recognize and treat these affected editions saved the edition which removed the isbn13. But after that they removed the ASIN and added the isbn13 back. I've reverted this last step.
The Kindle edition is now correctly added.
For the ebook with isbn13 9782824710822, a new edition should be created.
ETA: for Kindle editions, the page count should come from Amazon. 426 is the page count on Amazon for the Kindle edition with ASIN B00BUCZ0RA.
