What are some video games that inspired your writing?

For me, if it wasn't for the ambience and worlds of the Silent Hill and Resident Evil games, I probably would have never written a book. Those games have legendary soundtracks and characters that have influenced me time and time again.

What are some games that influenced you in the field of writing?

I wouldn't say video games greatly or directly impacted my writing but some would be Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, Mortal Kombat, and even some Final Fantasy in some instances.

Agreed with Oliver! Resident Evil had a big influence on my books, specifically RE3 on the upcoming second book in my Preternatural trilogy. The games were all complex, scary, and everything you could want or need in a horror video game.
