"Don't get used to it," he teased winking at her. He knew that he shouldn't be saying these things, getting her self esteem up along with her will to do things on her own and take charge but it felt good to do something good for a change even though he had to kidnap someone accidentally for that to happen.

"How do you know if i'm just saying it to say it?" He asked looking at her, he did mean what he said but he was not about to admit that to her.

He smirked "is that so?" He said amused "since it's untrue there's no need for me to be flattered." He was amused by her statement, and truthfully wanted that to be real.

He smiled "I have no idea why you'd say that," he said playing dumb. He smirked amused as he finally stuffed everything into his bags. "You ready to go?" He asked opening the door for her.

Nathan chuckled shaking his head to himself and he shut the door behind him. He put the bags into the trunk and found his way to the front seat. "So it's true huh ?"

He blinked a few times a smile slowly forming on his lips, "well in that case there is a truth to be told here too."He looked at her "you are cute too." He winked at her although he was serious, even when he hair was red he found her oddly attractive.

He smiled and touched her hair in a sweet gesture, "you won't get to know that part of the question 'till later i'm afraid." He shrugged with a smirk "I don't give up information so loosely."

He mock surprise "me? try to make you happy? I've never heard of such a thing!" He said laughing, although he hope that he was just kidding, he was really saying these things because he meant them. "You'll have to find that one out."

"Do you really know that?" He asked his voice questioning, making her guess her answer. He didn't want to flat out say anything she would have to figure it out on her own. He put the car into drive and started on their journey.

"Why do you always think so negative of situations?" He asked shaking his head in disapproval. "Maybe i do like you and i don't mean you any harm." He said defensively, he was sort of offended that she would categorize him with every other meat head.

He looked at her skeptically but pulled over anyways, "please tell me you stole a handle from the room and are going to knock me over the head with it and proceed in a high speed car chase with the cops?" He said teasingly.

He was taken by surprise his eyes slowly closed as he kissed her back sweetly. He put his hands in her hair forcing her head closer.

He looked back at her stunned but with a lazy smile on his face. "That was pretty awesome and extremely bold." He touched the corner of her lips, "back to the road?" He asked.

"Will we be able to do it more often?" He repeated the question back to her. He wouldn't mind doing that another 20 times in the next few minutes but he wasn't going to lead on to that.

He smiled against her lips, "Yes we can." He said before opening his eyes and restarting the car. "You're such a tease you know that?" He said smiling at her.

"Can i help you, right now we're practically living it." He said motioning with one hand the road around them. "This is the real world and we just thrown into the midst of it.

"I have noticed you were scared I like a gentleman ignored that fact because i know ladies like to be independent and blah blah." He waved his hand around in motions as her talked.
Mod
"So sweet i'll give you a tooth ache," he laughed at his joke although it wasn't that funny. "But yes i will help you, find your way in this wicked wicked world of ours that you have yet to see and discover."

He smiled at the compliment, he never was like this except for his one girlfriend when he lived in Utah. "You know, you're pretty different then I thought you'd be." He said looking down at her leanin on his arm.

He nodded his head smirking, "you could sleep if you want." He said still looking ahead he didn't want to be distracted by her now that they were back on the road he wanted to get to his destination.

He continued to drive, smiling randomly remembering that she had kissed him. It was bold of her he had to admit that, and he loved it. He got onto a long highway, two more states and they'd be in LA.

"There's food in one of the bags, if you want look through it and you'll find it." He said keeping his eyes on the road.

He chuckled "go back to sleep then," he changed the position of his arm trying to make it more comfortable.

He smiled kissing her head lightly, he'd deny it if she even tried to prove it. He found another rest stop a few miles after they got into the highway. He silently got out and bought some sandwiches.

Nathan was still inside, lingering a few more minutes checking to see if there was anything that he might need along the way. The less stops the better.
