She looked at him. She as a smiled played on her face.

He kissed the edge of her lips smiling at her.

"Am I forgiven?" He asked lookin at her with puppy eyes.

She smiled at him. She was happy. "Yes." She said.

He smiled brighter "thank you,"

He sat up and kissed her forehead "I'll be right back." He said quickly leavin the room to reach the kitchen.

She nodded her head wondering what he was doing.

He turned the stove on, although he said he was going to stay in bed he was going to make sure she sure did. And breakfast in bed was just the thing to do it.

She waited patiently for him.

He took his time, making some pancakes and bacon.

She wondered where he was and what took so long.

He piled things up on a plate and took it to her "surprise."

She smiled. She was so happy. "That's what took so long."

"I wanted to give you a warm and delicious surprise." He said smiling at her.

"Okay well next time when you do this make waffles because they are better than pancakes." She said.

"No waffle maker here," he shrugged placing the plate on the bed. "Eat up."

She pouted.

"What's with that expression?" He asked taking a seat next to her, his hand covering hers.

She bit her lip some. "I like waffles better." She said. "For next time."

"Have you tried my pancakes? Their out of this world." He said urging her to try.

"I never said I wasn't going to eat you food I just like WAFFLES better." She said.

"Got it," he said smiling lifting his thumb in response.

She smiled and ate her breakfast in bed.

He played with her hair as she ate, watching her happily.

"Aren't you hungry?" She asked looking up at him.

"Not really," he said shaking his head.

He nodded smiling at her "I'll grab something later."

Her eye twinkled some. "Okay."

Leaning back again he continued to twirl her hair around between his fingers.

She smiled. "Why are you doing that?" She asked.

"I like playing with it." He smiled at her "its silky smooth." He said wiggling his eyebrows.

She let a small giggled some.

He kissed her, tasting the pancakes and bacon on her soft lips.

He broke it off hearing a rustle in the bushes next to their window.

Her head poked up. "Whats that?" She asked softly.

Eyebrows furrowed he slides off the bed "I don't know.."

"Just stay just don't want you to get hurt." She whispered.

[Kassandra]

"It would hurt me more if you were the one injured." He said looking back at her. Pulling back the curtains, he peered outside. His shoulders and a little of his torso showed.

"Nathan please come sit down." She said.

[Kassandra]

Ignoring her he frowned, nothing was happening. They must've heard a squirrel.
