Nathan was let out of his hand cuff and rubbed his wrists before jogging to Jules and kissing her full on the mouth his hands already caressing her face.
Mod
"Don't do that yet, I bet she's still furious." He whispered to her smoothing her hair back. Then with a big smile he said "you picked us."
Mod
He dropped his hands putting them back to his side "go do what you need to do then." He said with a small smile he knew she needed to do that.
Mod
Margaret was sittin on a bench chair her head in her hands a coffee propped beside her.
Mod
She raised her head, and pushed her hair back "what do you want Jules."
Mod
"In the court room I'm lawyer first, mother second." She said shaking her head.
Mod
"How dare you say that?" She repeated standing up "I watch out for you all the time making sure you get the best of the best."
Mod
"Don't you dare speak to me like that." She pushed her hair back "you always have an opinion and say you just never speak up, we helped you in that case. We have you what we thought was best."
Mod
"You never tried to speak up, don't try to throw this on me and your father." She warned her voice growing louder.
Mod
She was taken aback. "Would you have rather we didn't care about anything? What you did? Looked like? How well you did in school? So you want to end up doing nothing important!"
Mod
Margaret stormed off to her car she couldn't takeThis. Her husband might though.
Nathan frowned "it's not your fault, you did a good job." He said reassuringly.
Mod
"She is probably right. It is my fault "
"It's not your fault, you did nothing wrong other than speak your mind." He said.
Mod
She didn't fight. Thing about her is that when she does something she gets a guilty conscious
Nathan stared at her with his mouth open "you'll just go that easy!" He yelled at her.
Mod
"No your going to home this guy isn't for you. He is just going to leave you no matter what happens. No guy wants you. You need to much help and too clingy that's why you need us." Her dad snapped at her.
Jules looked between her dad and Nathan maybe they were right. She was trying not to cry. "Please let me go" She said as she wiggled free. There wasn't no where for her to go. She ran out of the court and ran to some alley way far away from there crying.
Nathan stomped towards her dad "how dare you say shit like that to her? She's so sensitive as you tear her down. You're a horrible person." He screamed at him.

She kept crying. She felt worthless. No one cared about her. Maybe her parents were right.
He shook his head, this guys assumptions weren't going to get to him. He ran outside and listening for the deep and fast breathing. "You're okay Jules."
Mod
"Jules," he said a bit louder "don't cry, he left it's okay." He said getting down to her level.
Mod
"The things they said weren't true, you hve the right to talk when you want an to be heard. Not silenced forever than get the blame thrown on you." He said putting his arm around her and wiping the tears away.
Mod
"They care but only about what makes them look and feel good about." He explained rubbing her back soothingly.
Mod
"Because you actually spoke up to them. They don't want you to actually speak up to them." He explained "why would they want you to speak up the them if they want you to just follow their word."
Mod
"Babe, you aren't a failure." He said smiling softly at her "you are far from being a failure, you're the opposite."
Mod
"Everything is going to be alright." He said smiling "we're going to be alright. We'll figure something out, together."
Mod
"Do you want me To bring you home? I can even stay with you as you talk to them. If you want, I know what they can be like and it doesn't seem fun." He said shaking his head.
Mod
"Want to go back to the small cabin until you can face them?" He asked looking at her.
Mod
"So let's go," he said standing up and holding his hand out to her. "I can get a cab and get my money back after they give me my stuff back."
Mod
"Come with me." He said smiling at her "I don't want to go alone either. We have the bed there remember?"
The judge looked at her. "You case is dismissed. I want to say thank you for waising everyone's time here. You should be ashamed of yourself " The judge barked. "All charges are dropped." He said."Your disappointment to your mom." That was it the judge left angrily.
Jules stood there almost in tears. What did she just do?
