"Want to go to the beach? We'll get some bathing suits later we'll just go see it." He said explaining his scenario.

"Oh of course, but that's not important right now. It'll be dark soon so we might as well enjoy it now." He didn't want her to know that he was definitely going to bring her into the water.

He squeezed we hand reassuringly, "the beach here is amazing." He said filling the silence.

He veered them onto the boardwalk leading to the sand, "what do you think so far?" He asked her.

"Soo I picked a good place to come to? New York would've been much right?" He asked already knowin the answer but askin it anyways.

"An there less uptight then people in New York," he said demonstrating by straightening his back and walking funny trying to make her laugh.

He winked at her "it's my greatest pleasure," he said smirking as they finally reached the sand. He took off his shoes, stuffin his socks inside and holding them in his hand.

"I don't want to get my shoes filled with sand." He explained obviously lying they were going in the water like it or not.

"Good idea! Why didn't I think of that," he winked at her chuckling.
Mod
"I don't know just walk along the beach?" He said it more as a statement, a soft ocean breeze passing them. He had to wait 'till they were closer to grab her.

"It is pretty here." He smiled deviously, and scooped her up trying to run his way into the ocean.

He dropped down submerging them in water 'till their waists. He laughed his eyes filled with joy, he couldn't remember the last time he had this much fun.

"It's not too cold is it?" He asked setting her down in the water.
Mod
"How'd I lie?" He said the humour and amusement gone from his whole facade.

He took hold of her arm "don't go, I wasn't lying I was trying to surprise you with something fun." He said

"No I'm not hiding anything," he said deflated "I was tryin to lighten the mood. Being kidnapped isn't easy stuff." He said smiling softly.

He mockingly gasped "who!?" He asked moving his hair to the side of his face letting it stick to the side of his forehead. "Want to know who else is wet?" He asked.

He lunged at her tackling her into the water laughing the whole way "now you are!" He cheered splashing water at her.

"See isn't it fun to relax and get surprises?" He asked a small smile.
Mod
"Good," he said kissing her his lips wet against her forehead.
Mod
"Mm," he mumbled against her lips "that felt pretty good. When did you become such a good kisser."
Mod
Without answering he kissed her back, his hand slowly pressing against her cheek.
