Melody nodded and gathered up all the sheets of paper.

He stood next to her. "What are you doing later?"
"Nothing." She shrugged, packing up her things.
"Would you, possibly, like to go out for a drink?" He asked her.
She sighed deeply and swung her bag over her shoulder. "I guess. We have a lot of things to talk about."
He nodded. "I could carry that for you." He offered her
"No it's okay, I got it." She picked up her violin I her other hand.
"You sure?" He picked up his papers.
"Okay." He walked to the door with her
"Where would you like to meet tonight?" She asked once they were outside.
She bit her lip. "Did you choose that place on purpose?"
She sighed. "Fine. I'll meet you there at six."
"Okay. I'll see you then." He walked over to his car.
She nodded and walked to her own car.
He waited until he was in to drive off.
She got into her tiny car and drove to her apartment.
He drove back to the hotel he was staying in.
Later that evening, Melody was dressed in a nice red dress with black heels. She grabbed her purse and left her apartment.
David left the hotel early. He had showed and changed a black shirt and jeans,
She parked at the restaurant and walked up the front pathway.
He was waiting outside for her. He looked up and saw her and forgot what he was going to say.
"Hey." She said when she walked up to him. "No paparazzi?"
He then found out how to speak. "Ah no. I'm not as big anymore. No one really cares obit me enough to bother me."
He nodded. "You look lovely." He told her
"Thanks." She smiled and smoother down her skirt.
"You're welcome. Shall we go in?" He opened the door for her
She nodded and stepped in, waiting for him.
"Did you make reservations?" She asked.
He shook his head. "I didn't think to." He said
"That's fine, they don't look to busy." She said.
Melody sat down with a sigh and looked at him.
"So....why are we here?" She asked without hesitation.
"I missed this place. It's my home." He told her
"That's not what I mean." She sighed.
"Then what do you mean?" He asked.((It's okay. Hope it went well. Did you shove breadsticks in your purse?))
"Why did you ask me here." She asked.((LOL no, we went out for icecream. And it went well.))
"Like you said, we have more to talk about." He said.((Good))
She sighed. "What really happened with you and that slut?" She asked casually.
