She stretched her back and walked over to him and kissed him more lovingly.

"How are you?" She asked after they pulled apart.
She smiled and kissed him again then took the McDonald's bag from him and took the stuff out on the kitchen table.
She took a big bite of her Big Mac and groaned.
She nodded and wiggled her eyebrows.
She frowned when Noah started to cry. She sighed and put her burger down.
She went into the living room and picked up Noah and hugged him to her chest. "Sshhh, it's okay baby."
Noah whined and threw up on her shoulder.Caroline sighed. "Dammit."
"Hold on." She carried Noah to his room and laid him down. She got a wet towel and wiped his mouth, then changed his pajamas. She kept s bucket by his bed and tucked him into bed, then left his room. "Thanks." She took the paper towels from him and dabbed at her shoulder.
"Do what?" She asked as she peeled off her shirt.
"Right." She nodded and tossed her shirt in the garbage.
She nodded and wiped off her bra that also had vomit on it.
She smirked at him. "Ya, I bet you do."
She rolled her eyes and went into her bedroom and took off her bra.
She stretched her arms over her head and groaned as her muscles eased. She has scars I her hips and her lower abdomen.
She flinched at his touch and stepped away from him, hugging her arms around herself. "Yeah so?"
"My exes weren't that mean." She mumbled and hugged him back.
"They didn't really notice them." She shrugged. "Or if they did they didn't ask."
"Three weeks ago." She admitted, looking away.
"Sometimes it just happens." She sighed.
"I'm going on new medication next week." She announced.
"Yeah. And that's happened before. It'll also help with the urge to cut hopefully." She nodded.
"I have my appointment to talk about my dosage tomorrow." She said against his shoulder.
She smiled and kissed him lightly.
((Do you mind if we skip to the next day? I have something I want to do with her appointment.))
The next day, Caroline dropped off Noah at her parents house and sat in her car in the parking lot and called Peter to check in. "Hey." She said.
"Good. Just at the doctors now. It shouldn't be long. I'll call you after its over, okay?" She got out of her car and walked into the building.
"I love you to." She blew a kiss into the receiver and hung up.
Two hours later, she called him in the car. "Hey." She said quietly.
"Listen, we need to talk." She sighed.
"Okay. I'll see you soon." She hung up.
She arrived before he did and let herself in. Melody was teaching a class so she wasn't home. Caroline sighed and took off her jacket and sat on the couch.
"I can't go on my new meds." She said softly.
"I....." She trailed off, looking away.
"I'm...I'm pregnant." She looked up at him.
"We've been together for five months. We did it that one time yes but what about the time a week after that? We were both drunk." She shrugged.
"you don't remember." She sighed and stood up.
She crossed her arms and looked away. "That's not the point.
"I'm pregnant and we're not prepared." She said.
"A month." She said, raising her shirt up to show her stomach. "I haven't noticed.
"You're okay with this?" She whispered.
"But I'm worried about myself." She whispered.
"Because I'm not well." She touched his cheek and sighed.((I think she should have a miscarriage later on in her pregnancy))
