"Prove it." She looked into his eyes.
She held his face in her hands and kissed him back the same.
She opened his mouth with hers and kissed him slowly.
Brandon walked in then and walked up behind is dads chair. "Daddy!"
"Can you can me for a ride?" He asked, walking around to the front of his chair. Kaya smiled and stood up. "The seat it all yours bud."
"Don't knock over the candles this time." She glared playfully at Jason and ruffled Brandon's hair.
Brandon giggled. "Faster!" Kaya smiled and went upstairs to put sheets in the bed.
She made the bed and looked at the bed with a frown for several minutes.
"I love you daddy." Brandon kissed his nose.
"You're as fast as a super hero!" He beamed.
Brandon hopped off his lap and scratched his kneez
"Want to play Zelda with me daddy?" He asked.
Brandon followed and turned on the machine and handed him the controller.
Brandon sat in his lap and watched since it was a one player game. Kaya came back downstairs.
Brandon took the remote and fought zombies, sticking his tongue out in concentration.
"I'm going to pick up the girls." Kaya announced.
She got into the car and drove to the school
She came back a few minutes later with the girls.
"Good!" Melody skipped into the living room, dropped her school bag and unclipped her violin case. I learned a new song." Caroline waved and went upstairs.
She pulled out her violin and placed it under her chin and picked up the bow.
She began to play a song that was much more higher up for her age and she played it perfectly.
Kaya sat on his lap and smiled and she watched Melody play.
She leaned back against him and smiled. Melody finished her song and bowed.
She smiled brightly and moved her blonde hair away from her face.
"Thanks dad." She blushed and put her violin away.
"You think so?" She walked up to him and also sat on his lap beside Kaya.
She giggled and Kaya took her hands. "Look at all the calluses on your hands!"
"They don't bother me much." Melody shrugged.
Melody hopped off his lap and carried her violin upstairs."Tell your sister to come down here please." Kaya called.
"I love you. And our family." She smiled,
Caroline walked into the room slowly and quietly.
"Hi." She said softly. She looked identical melody except her hair was just a little bit shorter.
She nodded and starred down at her toes.
"No." She murmured and looked up at him. She had the same eyes as him.
"May I go upstairs now?" She asked softly. Kaya looked at Jason.
She nodded in agreement. "And quiet. It seems she's always been that way."
"It's not that I don't think." She shook her head. "What should we do?"
"Did we drop her on her head as a baby or something?" She joked.
"We do not! We always give them the same attention. We try to talk to her everyday, you know this." She sighed. "Maybe we can get her to talk to a doctor."
