He took off hers and brought her bag into her bedroom.“That’s all the doctor will really let me do; record.” She sighed.
Brandon hung up his coat and followed her.They got into the elevator together. "It's the least stressful thing you can do."
She drank her coffee and took out her things from the bagShe stepped in with them and hit their floor.
He leaned against her wall and drank his coffee.He put his arm around her and kissed her cheek.
She threw everything on her bed then collapsed on it, sighing.She smiled and stepped off the elevator on their floor once it stopped.
He walked over and sat on the bed. "Yup."David walked with her to their room. He unlocked it and walked inside.
She rolled over onto her back. “Will this semester ever end?” Her shirt ride up to reveal her midriff.Their babysitter, Elena, was sitting on the floor with Finn, building play-doh things on a play mat.
He set his coffee down and laid next to her. He moved his hand over her bare skin and pulled her close. "It will be over before you know it."He hung his coat up and took his shoes off before walking into the living space. "How was he tonight?"
She cuddled close to him and nodded. “I still have another half a year.” She said.“Good.” Elena smiled. She picked up Finn who yawned. “I think he’s ready for bed.”
He smiled and kissed her nose. "You can do it. I believe in you." He slowly moved his hand up her back.He held out his arms. "I can put him down."
She nodded and leaned into him some more. She lifted her head and met his lips in a soft kiss.Elena nodded and handed Finn over. "OOkies." Finn said.
He deepened their kiss and traced his fingers around her back, lifting her shirt up more.David took Finn and smiled at him. "Hey, buddy." He brought him to his room and got him ready for bed.
She climbed on top of him easily and took her shirt off.Melody led Elena to the door and paid her before watching her leave. She locked their apartment door and joined David in Finn's bedroom.
He smiled up at her and leaned up to kiss at her chest. ((Move to PM?))David was setting Finn down and turned on his nightlight. "Do you want to sing to him or me?"
((yeah can you start? Im in class))"We both can." She suggested as she sat in the rocking chair.
((Yeah))"What song?" He stood against the wall.
"Chandelier." SHe said. It was the first song she ever released when she was 18.
SHe sang softly while rocking in the chair, Finn yawned and cuddled up with his blanket in his crib, listening.
He watched Finn and hummed the song as Melody sang. Finn was fast asleep by the time they finished.
She sang the last note and sniffled a little.
He walked over to her and knelt down. He took her hand and kissed it. "Beautiful as always."
“You know what song is about you.” She said.
"Yeah. Every song you make is personal in some way." He nodded.
“I fell into a deep depression when we broke up,” She said. “I performed that song half-blind at the Grammys when I was 18.” She recalled
"I was there. I left after you performed. It hurt too much." He stood up. "But now we are here."
She nodded slowly. “Caroline and I are going to be 26 next month.” She reminded him.
"You won't be able to get together to celebrate." He said.
She shrugged. “That’s okay. We can’t celebrate every year.”
"There's always next year. Why don't you change and I'll make us something for dinner?" He suggested to her.
She nodded, holding out her hands. “You need to help me take my pants off though.”
He helped her out of the chair. "That is something I will never refuse."
She giggled, shaking her head. “Uh huh.”
He smiled and walked to their room with her. He changed quickly then helped Melody.
Melody sat on their bed and leaned back on her hands, lifting her hips and holding out her legs.
He unbuttoned her pants and pulled them off her. "Usually when you're in this position and I take your clothes off, fun things happen."
She dropped her legs. “Are you trying to say I don’t want to have sex anymore?” She glared at him.
"I know you do but I'd rather wait until you're not pregnant. Even though it is fun when we don't wait." He chuckled and picked out pajamas for her.
“we have sex like, once a week. That’s pretty good compared to most couples.” She noted.
He nodded. "Yeah, that is. Having sex regular leads to healthy and strong relationships." He helped her put on her pajamas.
She nodded and lifted her hips. “When I’m not pregnant it’s even more than that.”
"More like three times a week." He nodded.
She nodded. “That doesn’t include oral.”
"You ask for it more than me." He helped her up and went to the kitchen.
"I'm always happy to provide." He smiled at her.
“That’s what I thought.” She squeezed his butt.
He blushed a little and winked at her. "Maybe I'll still be hungry after dinner." He moved behind the counter.
“Maybe.” She shrugged and grabbed her journal off the table.
“We got a good portion done today.” David said.
