Peter watched her."Pax Romana." He sat on her bed.
“Want to dress Violet for me?” She asked Abby. Abby nodded and sat on the floor, watching Caroline put her diaper on.She nodded and got up off the floor. “I need to fill out more cards.” She grabbed her history textbook and notebook and her pencil case.
Peter put a diaper on Christian and put his pajamas on."How about I fill out the cards and you start your English Essay?" He suggested to her.
Caroline then left the room, going into her and peters bedroom.She nodded. “Okay. I wrote down the key points from the first five chapters.” She told him. She took a seat on her desk and opened her laptop. There was a knock at her door.
Peter helped Abby with Violet then but them in their cribs. He walked to his room to check on Caroline.He started to copy notes, looked at the door then back at the notes.
Caroline was sitting on their bed, meditating.She smiled and opened up the rough draft of her essay.
He sighed and went back to the twins.He looked over at her. "Are you gonna get the door?"
“Is mommy okay?” Abby asked as she played with the sleepy twins. “Oh right. Come in!” She called.
Kaya stepped in with a protein filled snack for them, but it mainly for Alexis. “Snack time.”
“Thanks mom.” Alexis smiled.
Peter nodded. "Yes she's fine just resting a bit." He smiled when he saw the snacks. "Thanks Mrs. West."
Abby nodded.Kaya smiled and kissed Alexis’s head before leaving.
"I think it's time for bed now. Go get ready." He started to put the twins to bed.He continued to write the note cards.
“It’s too early for me.” Abby said.Alexis snacked I’m her egg whites, an arrangement of nuts and cooked ham slices.
"Could you at least get ready?' He asked her. Mike occasionally ate some food while working.
“Yeah.” She left to her room.Caroline same back, sighing. “Sorry I’m...I’m feeling really anxious right now”.
Alexis yawned and laid her head on her desk after an hour.
"It's fine." He walked over and hugged her.Mike finished the notes and laid back on her bed. "Thats all the book knows and all I know."
She hugged him with a heavy sigh. “The test is only on chapter 5 through 8.” She mumbled.
He kissed her head. "I'll always be here for you. You can talk to me about anything.""Well, now you have the edge." He muttered. "I feel like my head is dead."
“I know I Just...needed a few minutes.” She said.Alexis left her desk and crawled onto her bed beside him. “Thanks for helping.”
He pulled back. "Let's not wake them the twins. You know how they get when they are tired."He put his arm around her. 'You are very welcome. We didn't have any distractions."
She nodded and moved to kiss their heads while they slept.She smiled. “But now we can.” She grinned.
He smiled and watched her from the doorway.He looked over at her. "What kind of distractions?"
She turned the monitor on and left the room, closing the door halfway.“Well, I saw how you were looking at me dancing today.” She kissed his neck.
"Do you want to watch a movie or TV?" Peter asked her.He smiled and moved closer. "I'm not sure what you're talking about."
“Movie. We can ask Abby and Noah go join.” She said.She giggled. “You know; me wearing those booty shorts and tight sports bra.” She teased.
"That sounds good." He walked with her downstairs.He moved his hand over some exposed skin. "Almost like nothing."
“Noah! Abby! Let’s watch a movie.” She called.She giggled and leaned in to kiss him on the lips.
Noah ran downstairs. "What movie?!" "We'll decide when your sister get's down here." He said to him.
Mike kissed her back and smiled against her lips.
Abby followed after him. “How about Casper?” She asked.She climbed on top of him without breaking the kiss.
Noah sat on the couch. "Yeah, Casper!"Peter looked at Caroline. "Casper?"
He moved his hand up under her shirt, kissing her harder.
Caroline laughed, hugging Noah to her. “Casper it is.” She nodded at Peter.Abby grabbed her spot on the couch.
She shivered under his touch.

Caroline went over to their cabinet of movies and turned on the DVD player. While she waited, she scratched at her arm:((You can this time. I don’t mind))
Peter turned on the TV and waited for Caroline to put the movie in. He noticed her scratch her arm.((Okay I'll PM you))
Once the movie was playing, she dimmed the lights and sat beside peter.
He put his arm around her watched the movie with them.
She absently scratched her arm over her scars.
He noticed every time she scratched her arms.
She held Noah’s head in her lap when he laid down, lightly stroking his hair. She didn’t notice her habit.
Halfway through he held her hand, hoping to stop her.
She smiled softly and held his hand comfortably.
He rubbed his thumb against her hand. He smiled lightly.
Caroline looked at them all. Her heart hurt.
The movie ended and it was time for bed. "Okay kids, you know what to do."
They both groaned but nodded, gathering up their blankets. "Brush your teeth please." Caroline added.
"We'll tuck you in as soon as you're done," Peter told them.
Peter turned the TV and DVD player off.
Caroline yawned and hugged a blanket around herself as she stood.
Caroline put them on the floor and picked out their pajamas.
Alexis frowned. “I don’t know that one.”
