He fixed the bed before getting in and laying down. He looked over at her.

She took of her glasses and her pants then crawled into bed.
He waiting till she was in to put his arms around her.
She laid on top of him and buried her face against his chest.
He rubbed her back slowly and gently. He kissed her head. "I loved you then, I love you now, I'll love you in the future."
She lifted her head and smiled down at him. "Let's renew our vows."
"Now? Or some other time? I can't really remember then at the moment." He said.
"Not now. I mean lets have a second wedding." She said
He nodded. "Yeah. It will be a good way to get the kids together." He massaged her back slightly.
"And to proclaim our love again." She smiledZ
"That to." He chuckled and kissed her lightly. "Should we do it on our next anniversary?"
"That will make it our what? Thirty-second anniversary?" He muttered.
"Hopefully we'll make it to fifty." He smiled had massaged her back gently.
"Well I'm already fifty one." She said
"I'm fifty-three." He said. "I'll be seventy-one by fiftieth."
"Hey we'll still be alive." She teased.
"Hopefully. I now you will be." He said.
"Hopefully I will be. Life happens." He said. "Let's just get to our thirty-second."
He kissed her head. "Alexis is staying at Mike's tonight, right?"
"Just checking." He said. "It's weird being all alone."
"We will be soon once she goes off to college." She sighed
"It'll be like it was before the twins. How long ago was that?" He asked.
"The twins are twenty-two." She told him
"Wow. It seems like just yesterday they were two." He chuckle lightly.
"Yeah. And Caroline started going insane." She joked
"At least she's better now." He nodded. "Imagine all the times we could have had sex but couldn't because of the kids."
"But we've had other fun times. I don't regret a single one." He smiled.
"Me neither." She kissed his cheek.
He kissed her nose. "What one do you remember the most. There has to be at least one."
"When we had sex properly for the first time since the accident. Aka when we conceived Alexis." She giggled.
He chuckled and nodded. "That was probably the best one I've ever done."
He nodded. "Yeah. I don't think I've gone harder or faster than that. Or deeper now that I think about it."
"Did you ever want to try new things?" He asked.
"I'm up for new things yeah." She nodded.
"Did you have anything you wanted to try out?" He asked her.
"I can't really think of anything." She shrugged.
He nodded. "Okay. If you ever do just let mek is abs we can try."
"Is there anything you wanted to try?" She asked.
He thought for a second. "No. Nothing I can think of at the moment but if I do I'll tell you."
He kissed her nose. "Do you want to keep taking or go to sleep. Or the third option." He smirked at her.
"Sleep." She sighed. "I'm so tired but also restless. I'll just take my pills."
