"I love you." She smiled and climbed out of bed. She put on her slippers and left her room.

He watched her leave then smiled and laid back.
Kaya hugged Alexis. "I'm so sorry baby." "It's okay." She whispered against her shoulder.
Jason stood a few steps away from them then went up and hugged them. "We are always here if you need us or want to talk."
Alexis nodded and stepped back. "What did you want me for?"Kaya sighed. "A detective is here to speak with you about what happened. You have to file a report so this can go to trial."
"He's in the living room." He told her. "Do want us to be there with you?" He asked her.
She bit her lip and looked down at her pajamas. "No it's okay. Can I get dressed first?"
He nodded. "Yeah that would be good." He told her.
"I'll be down in a minute." She said and went back in her room.
Mike was siting up in bed on his phone. "Hey. No coffee?" He asked when she walked in.
"A detective is here." She sighed and opened her closet.
He nodded. "Should I stay up here or go down?" He asked.
"You can come down if you want." She said
He nodded and got up. "You okay?" He asked her.
"Yeah." She sighed and pulled out a pair of leggings and a simple maroon v neck.
He changed back into his clothes from the day before.
She changed and grabbed a light grey wool cardigan and shrugged it on.
He stood by the door and waited for her.
She tied her hair up into a bun and held out her hand.
He took her hand and kissed her cheek.
She smiled and led them downstairs.
He walked down with her and said good morning to her parents.
"Hey." Kaya smiled and handed each of them a mug of coffee."Thanks." Alexis said.
"Thank you. I needed this." He slowly sipped the coffee.
"Of course." She smiled."I guess I'll go in there now." Alexis sighed
"If you want any of us to come we can." Jason said.
"I think I'll be okay." She smiled and kissed Mike's cheek before before heading into the living room.
They watched her. The detective was looking over notes and paperwork.
"Hi." She said softly. She sat down on a chair across from him.
"Hello. I'm Detective Lance. I'm her to collect information about Jake for the court hearing. Please start from the first time and go from there. If at anytime you need to stop just let me know." He told her.
She nodded. "Well it was last year. I went to a party at my current boyfriends house. He wasn't my boyfriend at the time though." She began.
He nodded and write down notes. "For the record please state who that is." Everyone stood in the kitchen pretending not to listen in.
"Mike(whatever is last name is)." She told him.((What happened to your other rp?))
"Okay. Did you know him at the time?" He asked.((Which one?))
"No, not really. I was invited mutually." She told him.()our*** sorry))
He nodded. "Once you were at the part what happened?" ((I don't know. Is it still there? If so can you comment so I can see it?))
"Well I had a few drinks." She told him. "And I didn't notice but now that I think about it, Jake was watching me the whole night."((The group got deleted :( ))
"Okay. Do you remember how he got to you?" He asked, looking over a few things.
"Uh, a little. I wasn't that drunk but I was really dizzy. I remember I was feeling overwhelmed and Jake approached me and asked if I was okay." She said. "Then he...we were alone near the basement door and the music was really loud and somehow he dragged me downstairs." She said. "By my hair."((:( ))
He nodded and wrote it down. "Okay. After that, you first met Mike, your current boyfriend. Tell me about that."
"After that Jake actually brutally raped me in Mike's basement." She said flatly.
"Yes I know about that. You said that you woke up when Mike came downstairs and you had no memory of what had happened." He said.
"I remember my injuries." She told him. "But yes Mike found me the next morning barely alive."
"Tell me about Mike. What was he like?" He asked her.
"He was very gentle and helpful." She said. "He called the ambulance and drove with me."
"Okay. Not lets go to the next time you saw Jake. You didn't know it was him, correct?" He asked her, looking things over.
She nodded. "I never saw his face when he raped me. He kept it covered." She told him.
"Tell me about the time you met him." He said.
"We met at a coffee shop downtown." She told him. "I was a little upset because mike and I were fighting and he was there for me."
