Christian made cute noises and bubbles as he looked up at them.((That's good to know))
"Hi there happy babies." Caroline cooed, sitting up on her knees. "Who's a happy baby?"
"Oh I'm gonna die!" Caroline squealed, clapping her hands together.Startled, Violet began to cry.
Christian began to cry as well."Oh no." Peter picked up Violet and rocked her.
"I'm sorry." Caroline said in her baby voice as she picked up Christian. "Did mommys excitement scare you?"
Christian calmed down slightly but still cried.
"You're okay." She held him to her chest. "Shhhh." She hushed.
Caroline held him out in front of her face and pecked his little lips.
She wiped his mouth with her finger and stuck a pacifier in his mouth.
He sucked on it and closed his eyes.Peter was still rocking Violet.
"I guess they can go back in their cribs now." She stood up with Christian.Violet was still crying.
"He can." Peter stood up with Violet. "It's okay baby girl. It's alright." He held her to his chest.
She nodded and laid Christian down in his crib.She slowly stopped crying, softly hiccuping.
Christian sucked on his pacifier and closed his eyes."That's it baby girl." He rubbed her back as he rocked her.
Caroline cleaned up the room a little.Violet closed her eyes and softly whimpered.
He smiled. "Good girl." He hummed softly to her.
Caroline bit her lip. "She can't hear you. But she can probably feel you humming."
He nodded and kept humming. "That's why I'm doing it."
Caroline smiled and walked up to him and kissed his cheek.
He kissed her nose. "Go continue your writing. I got this." He continued to him.
She nodded and pecked his lips before leaving the room.
He kissed her back then continued to rock to Violet and hum.
Violet made cute little noises as she started to doze off.
He smiled at his daughter and brought her over to her crib.
She kept smacking her lips together.
He continued to him and rub her back.
He set her in her crib and watched Berger a minute, then went downstairs.
Caroline ended up falling asleep on the couch.
He chuckled to himself. He picked her up slowly and gently then carried her unto their bed.
He laid down with her and covered them up. He held her tightly and kissed her head. "I love you so much."
She curled up in his arms then opened her eyes. "How did I get up here?" Her voice was croaky.
"I carried you up here." He told her. "You fell asleep on the couch."
She lifted her head and gazed around. "Oh." She said, then yawned.
He yawned after her. "Let's sleep." He mutterd
She nodded and pulled the covers over them.
He tightened his hold she kissed her nose.
He smiled and sighed happily. "Weren't we supposed to pick Abby and Noah up from your sisters?"
"They're staying the night." She murmured.
"Good. We need this night." He signed again.
