After a moment Violet hiccuped then burped.

"That's it. Just like that." He kept patting her back.
She whined cutely and burped again.
He chuckled. "Keep goin." He patted and rubbed her back.
Caroline giggled and rested her feet on his lap.She finally spat up.
"Good girl." He leaned get back and took the towel off then put her back.
"Now she'll probably sleep." Caroline said.
He nodded and tried to buy the pacifier in her mouth.
He smiled. He held her and rubbed his back.
"Are you going to take her upstairs or keep her down here?" She reached for her laptop on the coffee table.
"I'll take her up and I'll come down once she's asleep." He stood up.
Caroline nodded and tapped his bum.
He chuckled and winked at her then went upstairs to lay Violet down.
Caroline smiled and started to work on her book.
He came back down about eight minutes later.
She stopped typing. "Everything good?"
He nodded and say next to her. "Their both sleeping like, well, babies."
Caroline laughed then looked at him. "I don't want anymore, by the way."
He nodded. "That's fine. Doesn't mean we won't stop doing it." He put his arms around her.
"Oh I could never stop doing that:" she giggled
He chuckled and kissed her cheek. "As long as it's only with me."
"So will I." He pulled her into his lap and sat in her original spot so she could keep working.
"Good." She smiled and adjusted her laptop of her lap.
"Good. What are you writing?" He looked over her shoulder.
"Good. What are you writing?" He looked over her shoulder.
"What's it about." He kissed her shoulder.
"But I'm your husband. Can't you tell me?" He poured.
"It's complicated." She kissed his pout.
"That's our life." He kissed her cheek. "Can you give me a tiny hint?" He asked her.
"Ghosts." She smiled, typing away.
He chuckled. "Do you believe in the supernatural?"
"Really? Have you ever had an experience?" He asked her.
"Babe, I was diagnosed as half crazy. I don't know if what I experienced was real or not." She continued typing.
"True but wouldn't a real experience feel skittle different than what your brain comes up with?" He asked.
"Not really." She sighed. "I'm just that fucked up I guess,"
He held her tightly and kissed her neck lightly. "I love you. More than I say or show."
"I know." She smiled, closing her eyes and leaning back against him.
He rubbed her stomach and kissed her jawline. "I want to show you though but I know you won't let me or want me to."
She blushed. "I gave birth a month ago babe." She said
"I know. That's why you won't let me show you." He kissed her cheek then stopped kissing her.
She nodded and tilted her head back and kissed his chin. "Sorry."
"It's fine. Maybe next month." He smiled and rubbed her belly.
She giggled and placed a hand over his. "Yeah; once I lose this belly of mine."
He kissed her shoulder. "I still have sex with you with it. I don't care." He smirked at her.
