Jason sighed. "I have some bad news."

Caroline opened her eyes. "What is it?"
"Brandon had to fly out this morning for Greece. He was supposed to fly out yet day before you were due but he didn't want to miss the births so he extended it to this morning."
She furrowed his brows. "So...he's not here?"
He shook his head. "He's not I'm sorry."
Caroline sighed. "That's okay I guess."
Mike and Alexis entered. "Sorry we're late."
"Why are there so many people in this fucking room?" Caroline whined and covered her face. ((Goodnight))
"Okay." Mike left the room.David stood near the doorway.
"Everyone out but my husband, melody, and mom." She said
David, Jason, and Alexis and Mike left he room. Peter held Caroline's hand.
She sighed and rested her head back against the pillows.
"My hips are being ripped apart." She murmured. "So I feel fucking fine." She said sarcastically.
He nodded. "You'd think after one you'd know what to expect."
"That was like seven years ago." She stated.
"There's two of them, so yes." She sighed. "Oh stop being so dramatic Care." Melody said.
Caroline glared at her. "You just wait until it's your turn. Your Christmas won't be so happy pappy." She snapped
He looked between them and said nothing.
Melody rubbed her lips together to stop from laughing. She loved messing with her sister in a healthy way.
"I heard that Alexis was pregnant." He muttered.
All three girls looked at him. Melody looked away, as did Caroline. "She isn't anymore." Kaya murmured.
He nodded. "Sorry. Just was getting a little bit awkward."
"So you try to save it with that?" Caroline mumbled.
He shrugged. "I say weird things when it's awkward."
A nurse came in and checked her blood pressure and her contraction level. "How do you feel about getting up to go for a walk? That helps with labour," Caroline nodded. "Yeah sure."
Peter helped her up and stood next to her.
She sat on the edge of the bed. "Can someone put socks on my feet please?"
Peter knelt down and put her socks onz
She wiggled her toes and smiled. "Thank you." She took his hands.
She stood up with a grunt and adjusted her hospital gown over her large belly.
He took her hand and out a hand on her back.
She shuffled out of the room with him, pulling her IV pole along side her.
Jason was standing right outside the doorway. Everyone else was in the waiting room.
"What's up dad?" She raised an eyebrow.
"Nothing. I decided to stay here." He told her.
"Outside the door? Why?" She asked
"Because I don't want to leave you. You're my daughter whose about to give birth." He told her.
She smiled and took his hand with her free one. "You can join the room when I get back okay?"
He nodded and kissed her head. "Okay. I love you."
"I love you to." She smiled and shuffled away with Peter and her IV pole.
Peter put his arm around her and walked next to her. "How do you feel?"
"Like I'm a pumpkin." She mumbled.
"A beautiful pumpkin that's about to have my children." He said.
She rolled her eyes but laughed. She walked over to the window and leaned against it as a contraction came. She groaned and closed her eyes, pressing her forehead to the glass.
He rubbed her back and her stomach. "It's okay. I'm here." He muttered.
She bent over a little, moaning in pain. "Oh Jesus mother of Christ." She groaned through her teeth.
