Alexis folded her arms on the table.

She smiled a little and looked at him.
He smiled back at her. "How are you?"
He smiled back at her. "How are you?"
He looked in her eyes. "No you're not." He got up and sat next to her, then hugged her.
She sighed and nuzzled into his side, wrapping her arms around his waist.
He held her and kissed her head. "I. Love. You."
She smiled and squeezed him tight. "And I love you." She mumbled into his chest.
The waitress then came with her food, not acting bothered at all by their bed seating arrangement. "Here you go." She placed their plates down. "I'll grab your drinks."
He nodded. "Thank you." He kissed her head then moved back to his side.
She smiled and curled her hair behind her ears then picked up her fork.
He cut his pancakes and took a bite. "That's good."
"Are they?" She smiled and took a bite of her eggs.
He nodded. "How is yours?" He asked.
The waitress came same with her tea and his chocolate milk.
"Thank you." He continued on his pancakes.
She smiled and left.Alexis stirred her tea and took a sip.
"How is it?" He sipped his chocolate milk
He finished his first two pancakes and started on his third.
She only finished half of one pancake and both her sausages
"Nothing I just wanted to hold your hand." He smiled slightly at her.
She blushed. "You're the sweetest."
"You are the cutest." He smiled back.
She giggled and took her hand back so she could finish eating.
He chuckled and finished his last pancake.
She sipped the rest of her tea. "I think I'll go back to school".
"When will you come back?" He asked her
"Maybe next month. I still want to think about it for a bit." She said
He nodded. "Take the tine you need." He rubbed his thumb on the back of her hand.
He got up and sat next to her again.
She moved over for him the hugged him around the waist.
He hugged her back and kissed her head. "Home?"
"Yours of mine?" She looked up at him.
"Either one you want." He said. "Doesn't matter to me."
