"What's up?" He smiled and her and put his arbs around her.

"We can't go to that party tonight." She sat up so she was sitting astride him.
"Why not?" He sat up, his smile fading.
"I can't drink." She sighed dramatically.
"Why not?" He asked. "Is there something wrong?"
"Reach into my back pocket." She grinned.
"What?" He reached in and pulled out the test. "I don't understand why am I…" he looked at the test and then at her. "No."
She grinned, nodding. "Oh yeah baby."
She started to cry happily against his shoulder. "I'm pregnant!"
He kissed her cheek. "I love you so much!"The door slowly creaked open. "Mommy? Why is it so loud?" Noah asked
She sniffled and wiped her eyes, turning to look at Noah. "Come here baby."
He sat back.Noah walked over and climbed up in the bed.
Caroline wrapped her arms around him. "Mommy was just telling Daddy some big news."
He hugged her back, still half asleep. "What?"
"How do you feel about being a big brother?" She smiled.
He nodded. "Is Abby going to be a big sister?"
"Yes." She smoothed back his hair. "Noah, mommy is having a baby."
"It's growing in my tummy." She kissed his head.
He looked at her tummy and poked it.
Caroline laughed. "My tummy will get bigger and bigger until it's time for the baby to come out. Right now the baby is very very tiny so that's why my tummy is still small.
"Oh. Will it hurt?" He asked, looking up at her.
"Will what hurt honey?" She asked.
"No, it doesn't hurt." She smiled.
"Remember mommys belly was last time?" She asked quietly. "It wasn't very big but it still was noticeable."
"I remember." He nodded. "And then it got small. What happened?"
Caroline bit her lip. "He went to heaven honey."
Caroline let out a shuddery breath. "He got very sick while in mommys tummy. So he went to heaven where he could be happy and healthy again."
He nodded. "Okay. Is he better now?"
"Yes honey." She sniffled. "He's okay."
She hugged him back, closing her eyes, I love you Noah. No matter what,"
"I love you to mommy." He smiled at her.
"You can go back to bed if you want. It's early still." She said softly.
He laid next to her and closed his eyes."I guess he'll stay here." Peter chuckled.
She giggled and also laid down, holding him in her arms.
He laid with them and held Caroline.
She wiped some tears away and closed her eyes.
He kissed her cheek. "I love you Caroline."
"I love you to Peter." She whispered.
He smiled. He held her a little tighter.
She kissed Noah's hair and rubbed his back.
Noah fell asleep almost immediately.
"I love him so much." She whispered.
"His father wants to see him." She said.
