She giggled. She purposely liked to get his name wrong. Caroline followed his voice and opened up the bathroom closet. "Ha!"
She walked down the hallway and into their bedroom.
On the bed was a single rose and a note.
She furrowed her brows, walking over to the bed. She picked up the note and smelled the rose.
She bit her lip and tossed the note on the bed and carried the rose outside to the hot tub.
Peter was in the hot tub waiting for her.
"Hi." She smiled quietly, smelling the rose again.
"Hey." He smiled back. "Would you like to join me?"
She bit her lip. "I don't have my swim suit on."
"You could go and get it or not." He said.
She pursed her lips then began to strip off her clothes.
She kicked all of her clothes aside and stepped into the hot tub.
She blushed, hiding her body under the water. "Oh shush."
He moved over to her and put his arms Arjuna her. "No. You are beautiful, sexy, and perfect."
She giggled, hiding her face against his shoulder.
She tilted her head up and kissed his chin. "Let's agree to disagree."
"I did something stupid. I lied to you." She said.
"You did what you wanted because I pushed you." He said.
"I didn't want to disappoint you." She said.
"You can never disappoint me. If you have a problem just tell me. I'll fix whatever I did wrong." He told her.
"You didn't do anything wrong." She said, sitting up. "Wanting to try again doesn't make you the bad guy."
He looked at her. "But pushing you into something you didn't want you to do, does."
"Peter," She turned to face him head on. "I do want to. But mentally my mind couldn't. You know how I am." Her eyes began to tear up.
He looked down and closed his eyes. "I just…want to make you happy."
She climbed onto his lap. "No man ever in my life has made me happy until I met you."
He still didn't look up at her. "I know but I want to keep you happy."
"You do!" She exclaimed, grabbing his face in her hands to make him look at her.
"Really? I made you have a panic attack." He looked up but didn't meet her eyes.
"I made myself have one." She said. She then flashed her ring. "You see this? I wouldn't have agreed to this if I didn't think you would keep me happy."
He met her eyes but didn't say anything .
"I love you, Peter with all my heart." She whispered, rubbing her thumb over his jaw and chin.
"I love you just as much." He leaned forward and gently kissed her.
She closed her eyes and kissed him back,
