Are your novels meant to be readable standalone? If so, emphasizing it's a second in a series is almost certainly going to turn new readers off. An epic urban fantasy about sirens, weres, fae and family ties
Witness the first shots of war as members of the Bant family are drawn into opposing sides in this thrilling continuation of the Fifth Mage War epic.
Follow Dr. Amy Bant as she learns to use her new mage sight, traveling from Boston to Atlantis, the Atlantic siren capital. Meanwhile, Cordelia Bant returns to the United States with Titania’s chalice in tow, and quickly becomes embroiled in mundane war preparations. But it is oldest sister, Mary, and family matriarch, Mira, whose transformations will change the course of history.
Meet the werewolves, who have come to guard Amy, and Thomas’ were-jaguar friends whom he has called upon to protect his mage. Discover the reason for the Pacific siren alliance with the Australians as the Danjou mages further their hidden agenda.
Romance blossoms, even as the world prepares for war. The Bant siblings soon find themselves scattered across the globe, allied with opposing mage factions, as the epic continues ...
