The link you gave for Hawk book 3 appears to be for an edition which doesn't seem to exist. I couldn't find it on Amazon or on your website, and none of the purchase links on that page work.

I instead linked to the Kindle edition. (I did, however, combine the one you gave with the Kindle edition so both show up together under editions - even though the one doesn't actually link to anywhere off GR. I thought perhaps it's a placemarker for an upcoming paperback edition so I didn't want to delete it.)

I also added the paperback edition for book 2/Mal, and then combined it with the Kindle edition so both now show up.

When viewing that series from your author page, currently only covers for books 1 & 2 show, but once you click the page all 4 books show. This may simply be a cache thing where in hours or days all main covers will show up (novella covers don't show on series preview).

Yes, author pages have a 24-48 hour cache for changes to the series section (among other things).
