SOLVED. Historical Romance(Highlander?)- Main female send to live with the protagonist( forbidden to have sex). He has a problem with the dining table loses it when the female replaces it /s

Hey everyone:)
So the book i m talking about is one that our main female is send to live i think for a specific amount of time with our male lead. Her father doesnt like it, but he is forced by his king. While there, she decorates with some tapestries, they turn out to be his mother's. I also think that his father used to beat him and that's why he has a problem with the dining table? He totally loses it when she places one. It was strictly forbidden, but they end up having sex. I dont exactly remember why, but she leaves and then to win her back he goes to the land she lives and bares himself as he walks toward hers.
That s all i remember, hope it s enough!
