I am trying to find this book for someone else, this is all they remember...


Main character is called Murray and gets misdiagnosed with terminal illness, borrows money knowing he won’t have to pay it back and then realises mistake, Bad guy has speech problem and can’t pronounce ‘r’, drives a Ferrari or “fewwawi”.
Murray has a daughter and takes her with him to places then hides her in the cloakroom in with all the coats.
