When his deepest fear came true and she got tased and stopped breathing, I almost cried too.

I love all of your comments, ladies!
I was conflicted about DeLuca. On one hand, he came across as a hypocrite and not respecting her skills. Why is it okay for him to go on his dangerous Ops and not her? On the other hand, his history with the loss of his first wife clearly had an impact.
In the end, I felt like he had an instinctive premonition about this particular op, heightened by his past experience, and he wasn’t being sexist.
Oh, that scene where Briar got tased...it was so well done! I could feel everything everyone was feeling. I got emotional, too.
