Miguel is unsure of whether Georgia’s feelings for him were genuine and needs to see her to find out whether the woman he knew as Julia was faking that, too. Did you understand his point of view about this or do you think he should have known? Why couldn’t he trust his instincts?

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments I think he really didn't trust his instincts in this situation because he had such strong feelings for Georgia and felt she could have been faking just to get close to him. This was the first time he felt this way about someone.

I understood him completely. He’s not a man who’s ever fooled as well as Georgia did with him. Bautista is careful and methodical, not used to anyone getting anything over on him. It made him question everything about her because he couldn’t trust his instincts anymore. Was his judgment clouded because of his feelings? He needed to answer that question.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments They were both lying to each other about who they really were, Georgia know about Miguel, but he was clueless until she showed up during the gunfight. I don't blame his for having doubts. He needed to know what was real.

Laura Their time together was only one night, and they last saw each other in a shower of bullets, and he wasn’t truthful himself so yeah it was understandable he was cautious.
