Georgia is on the run but she’s also the hunter, doggedly determined to kill the man responsible for her handler’s assassination. Was her need to avenge his death clouding her judgment or did she have a point about the government not being able to dispense justice appropriately? Should she have trusted Briar and Alex Rycroft?

Laura She did have a point. The handlers murders were kept hush hush if I remember right. Briar she should have trusted, but I see her hesitation not to trust Alex right away.

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments I agree, Laura. I think she should have definitely trusted Briar but I can see her not trusting Alex. Their training was to rely on themselves. I'm not sure when this was in the story, but when they were in training, they separated the girls because they felt they were getting too close.

Given their training, I understand Georgia being wary about anyone other than a Valkyrie. Briar, I didn’t understand. She deserved the benefit of the doubt.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2993 comments Her need for revenge definitely clouded her judgment. She wanted to disperse her justice her way and wasn't going to let anyone stop her. Her pervious relationship with Briar was the only thing that kept her listening to what Alex had to say. Even Miguel was having a tough time making her listen.
