ABANDONED. Confused Gyno appoint with job interview

The book started out with a girls fiance breaking up with her, she was very confused. She had never worked and had no back up plan so she got on a plane to go stay with her best friend. I remember she got drunk on the plane, The funniest thing was when she was trying to get a job and she went to family planning. She thought she was interviewing for a job, they thought she was there for an appointment. She couldn't figure out why they were asking how many sexual partners she had for A JOB,, RUDE! but she continued on until the doctor asked her to get undressed.
I Laughed so hard reading this book and can not for the life of me remember what it was called....
It was from awhile ago,, probably over 10 years,, maybe 15
