Peggy | 276 comments I just read few chapters 14 as I remember and its a bit hard to read this book I have too many books rn and I usually don't read the books in a series so fast but I think I enjoy the book enough to keep going...
Is there more bast?! he is my current fictional crush :)))

Elizabeth (fantasynerd365) | 1229 comments I've been listening to the audio book while I'm at work. I'm on chapter 114. it's definitely taking some different turns than what I was expecting.

I love Bast too. I'd like to know more about him.

Peggy | 276 comments The worth thing is I dont have any friend interested in books and I can't disguise it with anyone and it's killing me this is something to talk about something interesting and then they ask me why I don't talk much...
We don't speak the same language Friends :(((

I know what you're feeling. I don't have many friends, and the ones I have don't read or don't read the same genre.
You can discuss it with us! That's why we're here :)

u are not the only one, I feel like I am not able to read it for a while it is truly hurting me...

Saar The Book owl | 3109 comments The flowing style of writing and telling that is in the first book, is also present in the second book.. Rothfuss knows how to play with language and even if the story isn't really original, he tells it in a refreshing way. Rothfuss has eye for detail when creating his world. With help of the characters and the different sort of magic the book comes to life. Adding Kvothe's own personality, his shortcomings and inexperience. The way he handles his set backs, makes from him az believebale character. You want to know what happens to him and how he finally became the inn keeper.
With a book of this size it's hard to keep your attention with it. Same for this book. The writingstyle is enthralling, but not all the storylines are. Sometimes there's lack of progression and some storylines are to long. That's why it's sometimes hard to keep your attention with.
