Incorrect author & duplicate record

I think the following two books have been linked to the wrong author.
Zonal Marking: The Making of Modern European Football
The Mixer

The author Michael Cox was not alive at the time the books were published. I think this is the correct author profile: Michael Cox

Also, there are separate records for The Mixer and The Mixer: The Story of Premier League Tactics, from Route One to False Nines. I believe they are the same work, just published in different formats.

I've fixed it Katy, and one other book of yours as well. Your name has an extra space between first and last names, to distinguish from another author.
